Lỗi này thường là do những bạn down nhầm FW thấp hơn hoặc Windows bị lỗi tương thick driver do xung đột Nokia Suite và Phoenix gây ra .
Cách fix: (Lỗi đếm ngược)
– Tìm đúng phiên bản mới nhất hoặc phiên bản bằng với phiên bản đang dùng để Flash
– Nếu cách 1 ko được thì bạn tìm một máy tính ổn định (theo kinh nghiệm mình thì là Win 7 nha) cài Nokia Suite và Phoenix để Flash bình thường. Ngoại trừ máy bạn lỗi phần cứng còn ko thì sẽ fix được hoàn toàn 😁

Lỗi này fix bằng cách sau :
Kiểm tra lại xem bạn đã đặt tên thư mục RM đúng với phiên bản điện thoại đang dùng chưa
Kiểm tra lại đã copy thư mục theo đúng đường dẫn C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products chưa?
Kiểm tra xem down đúng FW của điện thoại của bạn ko
Lỗi 3 :

Lỗi này do bạn thiếu file emmc.fpsx. Bạn hoàn toàn có thể ko cần đến file này ( Nó chứa thêm 1 số ít file tương hỗ máy thôi như ảnh nền, map linh tinh )
Cách Fix : Bạn vào Options góc cái hành lang cửa số flash ý ( dưới mấy cái Update Software, Refurbish, SW Reset ý ) nó hiện ra hành lang cửa số mới bạn nhấn vào file màu đỏ chọn del nó đi Ok flash bt
Lỗi 4
lỗi này thường do xung đột Win và Phoenix, nokia Suite, bạn cài lại win hoặc mượn máy khác cài rồi flash là ok
Lỗi 5
Cannot load, the product ” RM-779 ” is not recognised
Lỗi này do bản Phoenix của bạn cài chưa update những mẫu điện thoại thông minh mới, ở đây là mẫu RM-779
Bạn cài bản mới nhất của Phoenix là được nha
Chú ý: với những bạn dùng N8 Flash ở chế độ Dead phone thì có bước tháo cáp lắp cáp và giữ phím nguồn 8s là khác thôi còn các bước còn lại tiến hành bình thường như các máy khác nha
